We hope that you will be happy with your new item(s), if you would like to return or exchange (part of) your order this is possible within 14 days of purchase.

Please follow the steps below to return your package

How to return:

  1. Send an email to info@tilelliboutique.com mentioning your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange

  2. After confirmation by email of the return request we will schedule a moment for the pick-up. Please select the return option which is most convenient for you.

  3. Once we confirmed a timeslot for the return you will receive an automatic refund confirmation email.
      

When will I receive my refund?
Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. You will be processed through the same type of payment you used to place your order.
