The shipping costs for the return will be yours. 20 EUR for carpets, 5 EUR for smaller items (cushions, tableware) Please follow the steps below to return your package
How to return:
Send an email to info@tilelliboutique.com mentioning your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange
After confirmation by email of the return request we will schedule a moment for the pick-up. Please select the return option which is most convenient for you.
Once we confirmed a timeslot for the return you will receive an automatic refund confirmation email.
When will I receive my refund?
Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. You will be processed through the same type of payment you used to place your order.
